Heartland Community Foundation accepting spring grant applications
HAYS, Kan.—The Heartland Community Foundation, which serves Ellis, Rooks and Trego Counties, is accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications opened March 15 and are due Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
This year, over $130,000 is available to charitable projects in Ellis, Rooks and Trego Counties, with more than $30,000 available per county!

Now Accepting Applications for 2023-24 Youth Action Council; Deadline is May 8
April 16, 2024HAYS, Kan.— The Heartland Community Foundation is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2024-25 Youth Action Council (YAC), a leadership and enrichment program for high school students in Ellis, Rooks, and Trego counties. The YAC program aims to empower young people to be involved in community decision-making, cultivate a spirit of philanthropy, and instill a deeper sense of community pride.
