Heartland Community Foundation

The Heartland Community Foundation connects donors to important charitable causes in Ellis, Rooks, and Trego counties, in Northwest Kansas. By building our permanent endowment funds through donations and estate gifts, we are creating a sustainable legacy of charitable giving for generations.

Since 2007, we have granted almost $2.5 million into the region, supporting impactful projects for youth, seniors, people with disabilities, and the community at large. We look forward to serving Ellis, Rooks, and Trego counties for decades to come -- as a nonprofit partner, but also as a conduit for those philanthropic individuals, families, and businesses who want to leave a lasting gift to the community they love.
