Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy.  Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office.  Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.

Grants are typically made within one week and will be distributed from our host, the Greater Salina Community Foundation.  If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-445-3611

Donors can also make grant requests online through their Donor Portal account.  Don’t have one set up?  Contact the Foundation and we will set up one for you.

Heartland Community Foundation awards over $161,000 in grants

Heartland Community Foundation awards over $161,000 in grants HAYS, Kan.— During its spring grant cycle, the Heartland Community Foundation awarded over $161,000 to 37 projects throughout Ellis, Rooks and Trego Counties. The following organizations received funding: Ellis County – The Arc of Central Plains, $8,450 to purchase and install a zip line at the park.
